When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family and my two cats, cooking, reading, swimming, and walking.

I am very passionate about working with children of all ages and supporting them to regulate themselves to ensure they can succeed in their future both work-based and socially. I have worked in various education provisions; mainstream schools, SEN schools, youth/support work, and inpatient units within CAMHS. I strive to help all those that come into our provision. Outside of the Regulation station, I enjoy spending time listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
